and have an amazing adventure along the way, this is a moderate to strenuous
package, so you need to be fit. Please note this trip can start and finish in
Jinja, Kampala or Entebbe (Uganda).
Safari Grading: Moderate to Difficult - do note that the mountain gorilla trekking conditions can be hard and the length of trek can be anything from 3 hours, to 10 hours. You will need a good level of fitness and mobility.

Day 1 : Arrive Kigali - drive Volcanoes National Park; check in at Mountain Gorilla View Lodge - optional nature walk
Day 2 : Gorilla tracking - overnight at Mountain Gorilla View Lodge
Day 3 : Gorilla tracking - overnight at Mountain Gorilla View Lodge
Day 4 : Picnic drive back to Kigali, visit genocide memorial site, local art and craft shops, and later transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
NOTE : Additional gorilla tracking days can be arranged - please enquire about costs.
NOTE PLEASE FURTHER that bookings should be made 6 MONTHS IN ADVANCE DUE TO LIMITED GORILLA TRACKING PERMITS BEING ISSUED DAILY.
GORILLA TRACKING WITH ASCENT OF MT KARISIMBI (4,507 metres) (an inactive volcano on the border between Rwanda and the DRC.)
DAY 1 : Arrival and transfer to Volcanoes National Park
DAY 2 : Gorilla Trekking adventure
DAY 3 : Second gorilla trekking
DAY 4 : Ascend to MT Karisimbi (Hiking)
DAY 5 : Descend to the lodge.
DAY 6 : Depart for Kigali city tour and flight back home.
